"I have been a technology recruiter for nearly 17 years in mostly \"client interfacing\" roles, e.g. sales, solutions consultants, et al. My SLA is traditionally a 3:1 submits to placement ratio, sometimes even less. Oftentimes, however, I get brought into high-urgency delivery roles. Some of the basics such as functional vs. core made sense. But, all the different acronyms and lexicons made absolutely no sense. It would take me at least 20 submits to get a hire. I just finished Ayub Shaikh's online training course and could not stop from taking enough notes. I use a term, \"Fisher Price\", to explain things in small bites with real-life examples that one can relate to. Ayub does exactly that. Whether you're new to recruiting or even an old salt that would like to feel a renewed sense of what they contribute to the recruiting world; I could not recommend Ayub any stronger."
